I spent some time in the yard with the 50/4 macro lens the last couple of days. When these plants popped up this spring they looked like sunflower plants, but now not anymore – they’ve got huge leaves and these weird fruit things. I’m a little afraid of what they’re going to do next…

When we go to the Whole Foods across from the White Flint Mall we always park on the street because the garage is such a circus.
The weeds are crowding out some of the herbs I planted, but not the catnip – not too surprising since it’s a member of the mint family.
