We went to Cantler’s for some crabs with friends and had to wait a really long time. Fortunately you can wait down by the water, where you can watch them sort crabs to alleviate the boredom.
Our azalea bushes in the backyard are covered with these spiders. They spin really dense webs that look like the mesh in a window screen. Now they’re all tending little silk bundles – I guess they’re either eggs or prey saved for later?
I spent a while in the yard with the 50/4 macro lens getting eaten by mosquitoes. I found this bug that looked sorta like a ladybug, but with a little different color and spots.
